Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Terms

Cancellations must be communicated at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. Cancellations received more than 48 hours in advance may be eligible for a one-time rebooking at the discretion of THE ATELIER.

Refund Policy

Payments for confirmed sessions are non-refundable. In case of cancellation with more than 48 hours' notice, a one-time rebooking to an alternative date may be offered at the discretion of THE ATELIER.

Late Cancellation & No-Show

Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled session and no-shows are charged in full with no rebooking option. The reserved session time cannot be reallocated at short notice, and the full fee applies.

How to Cancel

To cancel or reschedule a session, please contact hello@hypnoatelier.ch as early as possible. Cancellations must be confirmed in writing (email).

Exceptions

In cases of documented medical emergency, exceptions may be considered at the sole discretion of THE ATELIER. Any exception is granted on a case-by-case basis and does not set precedent for future bookings.
