Scope of Services

THE ATELIER provides clinical hypnotherapy, hypno-sexology, and birth preparation services. All services are complementary therapeutic offerings and do not constitute medical, psychiatric, or licensed psychotherapeutic treatment.

Non-Medical Disclaimer

Hypnotherapy and related services support wellbeing and personal development. They do not replace medical diagnosis, treatment, or prescription. Clients are encouraged to continue any existing medical or psychological care.

Confidentiality

All sessions and personal information are strictly confidential and are not shared with third parties unless required by law or explicitly authorised by the client.

Fees & Payment

Fees are as published on the website and communicated at the time of booking. Payment is due as specified at the time of booking confirmation. THE ATELIER reserves the right to adjust fees with reasonable notice.

By completing a booking, the client enters a binding agreement for the scheduled session. The session fee becomes due upon booking confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be communicated at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will be charged in full, as the time is reserved exclusively for the client. Non-attendance without prior notice is treated as a late cancellation and charged in full.

Refund Policy

Payments for confirmed sessions are non-refundable. In case of cancellation with more than 48 hours' notice, a one-time rebooking to an alternative date may be offered at the discretion of THE ATELIER. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are charged in full with no rebooking option.

No Outcome Guarantee

Therapeutic outcomes depend on many individual factors. No specific results are promised or guaranteed. All sessions are conducted with professional care and according to therapeutic best practices.

Liability Limitation

THE ATELIER is not liable for decisions or actions taken by the client before, during, or after sessions. Liability is limited to cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence under Swiss law.

Insurance & Reimbursement

Hypnotherapy and related services are generally not covered by basic health insurance in Switzerland. Reimbursement through supplementary insurance depends on the individual policy and must be clarified directly with the insurer. Clients remain responsible for payment regardless of insurance reimbursement.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland.
